K-Flow Fitness combines movement coaching, mobility work, athletic development, and injury-conscious training principles to help clients feel more capable in everyday life.

Meet your coach
I’ve spent more than 13 years in athletics, including years coaching competitive cheerleading, gymnastics, strength training, and movement development. My passion grew through multiple ACL injuries and my own rehabilitation journey, which sparked a deep interest in how the body adapts, compensates, and heals.
Today, I combine that athletic background, coaching experience, certifications, and ongoing education to help athletes, people returning from injury, and anyone who wants to move and feel better. We’ll build mobility, strength, resilience, and confidence from the ground up—at your pace.
